Makes you wonder why they had to give shares away to pay off a debt, could they not raise money on bank debt? Seems more share sales are on the way. Avoid for the time being. 1.32p is a better (and lower) price than the 1.5 - 1.7 last week. Sill should fall further.

The company will also need to issue more shares as it has to raise funds. With a forced seller the could be a large over hang as seller can only hold 24% share holding so it needs and is required to sell approximately 75,000,000 shares. Yet can only sell 50,000,000 if the share price is 0.3? So 25,000,000 has to be dumped at any price? Any rise and seller has not choice to let them go.

The company has 150,000,000 share in issue and will now issue a further 150,000,000 plus. With the subscriber being force to sell half?

This should be down 50% or more.

With Unrestricted cash at 30 June 2023 US$129,000. It must have zero left.

Expect some sort of fundraise at any time. To raise £500.000 that is at lease 500 Million shares. Perhaps they need to issue 1B shares. Any fundraise here will completely wipe out investors. There comes a point when a company has to fold. I think this moment is coming as early as next week.

One last fundraise before it goes under or will it be unable to raise anything? Straight to Admin and any failure to raise as raise it must. History of failure who wants to continue to throw money into this? Its the end of the road. Any day now.

It needed more time in order to get more evidence. Obviously when their witness died they asked for an extension. Why not ask for an extension? It means they were short on evidence. Yes they may be prepared for a trial. Yet most people settle out of court. Now I do not think they will get more time even if they ask for it. Now it is make or break. I expect they are working out a settlement. Now it depends what it is they want. Is it IP? They can buy it or licence it. Simple.

How much more evidence did they need? That they asked for an extension shows how weak their defence is. They will settle and do so a few weeks before court. So I would say they are discussing now and a deal could come in the next 2 weeks.

Maxwell to settle out of court is my guess. With up front payment, or perhaps a take-over offer for patent rights?

The best thing the company can hope for is it can get a fundraise away. Going to be at a heavily discounted rate it at all.

More likely poor sales with see the death knell of the company and its admin is called in in January. No one wants the product and it looks like any money it does have is invested in kelp farming and or carbon capture. The product is expensive and it seems no one wants.

The company is kept afloat by dilution and selling of shares. It is unable to get a product to market and make a profit. ADMIN cannot be far away.

M8 taking up their option of expansion and paying upfront a further fee, is a good sign. Things looking up. All upside from here. Little downside risk.
