Best thing out there at the moment to make simple cash. It is now a given that Maxwell is admitting fault. It is just disputing how much in needs to recompense. Once it admits fault, it then also has to agree a future royalty. Super positive for the company. Its getting is costs back as well.

Yes the court agreed with Maxwell. But in one part. The part I like whether sales in USA or or Japan, Maxwell will be admitting it did illegally use CPX patents. So they are willing to pay Royalties but not suggest as the Witness was referring. And it seems that CPX was not seeking. It is admitting in these phrase they are at Fault.

So past payments is a given, but only in one region. However what of Future Royalties? And an indemnity amount and past court costs. Its a win win. When it is announced as a win its money time.

With Christmas coming, we could get a settlement this week or next. We get back court fees for a start. Could be a bit of cash coming our way real soon and from the court papers it looks like Maxwell with settle out of court. To go to court after admitting illegal use of Patents is not good for them and will cost them more.

Not sure about regions, and it seems that CPX did not dispute the case of witness. Fact do show the Maxwell are at this point only discussing about Royalties, which means the amount of penalties is confirmed, which shows admittance of fault. Maxwell is not from this document from the court, disputing that they have broken CPX patents.

When they come to a past figure which is to be decided the next discussion can taken place between the company about future licences. It is a win win for the Company.

So what future sales be is any ones guess. CPX has money coming in. The market CAP does not take account of deal with Maxwell or indeed with Tesla itself. We could play hardball, refuse a payment and let the court drama play out for massive damages....

Sells 150 Millions shares. Then suggests that only 24% of the company can be held. About 75,000,000 so half must be sold. This is after 50% of total shares sold. Damn. Now a forced seller who has forced the price down, leaving the company little room to raise enough cash for operating costs and having to issue more shares at a depressed price thus diluting shareholders further.

At £20 Million Market Cap the share should be 2.0p at most. Then on further future fundraising the price should be closer to 1.0p and even then the value is high. This is all based on zero assets. Priced way way too high.

If they have to do another drill it means they did not find what they were looking for. Its a non commercial find. There is Helium but just not enough to make it worth while.

It can drop 50% today, and still be overvalued at £27 Million. 75% drop and it is still over-valued. The company is finished and will need more funds and wipe out any long term investor here. Crazy high value. Needs to drop big and even then the Market Cap is staggeringly too high for what it has, which seems nothing.

They polish it to make it look good. It is not. There is not free gas found.
