New Uncle. It is so clear from court papers, that Maxwell are NOT disputing they broke CPX patents. They are just disputing the costs and exactly how much CPX are due.
It is not the payment we get from them from breaking patents or even getting our court fees back. When they admit fault they must then buy a licence, or make CPX an offer. It is a win win for CPX. If no offer is coming in the next 2 weeks, let it get to court and the court my force Maxwell to pay large punitive fees. This is looking super good for CPX. Spike shortly to 2 pence and 3 pence and above. All upside.
