No, different products with different patents!
Agreed CMG one is an extinguisher product and one is a fire ******ant product.
An interesting company with what looks like a unique and environmentally friendly product. Good to some institutional interest.
Taco if you look at the 2021 accounts page 46. Rick Rule maintains his holding. I am surprised that you have not heard of him in years!
Afternoon M22 from my understanding if the SFR share price dropped to AUD4.80 ish then there would be a margin call or the need to sell shares to reduce the outstanding loan to bring the facility back into line with lending terms. If the share price goes above AUD9 then little upside accrues to MTR. In fact they would be better off selling SFR as it gets close to AUD 9 and sit on the NSR and use the cash to buy other equities.
MTR did very well on their investment in Red Dirt Metals.
Not in the annual report.
Agreed Keith, I don’t think MTR hold any AZY.
I am not sure MTR will be in any hurry to monetise the NSR over A4 etc…. I think their immediate focus will be on a roll up for the KML JV and a similar deal to the MOD one. Then MTR will morph into an early stage mining investment fund with a royalty stream. No exposure to risky exploration financing through KML.
HVY has requested a TH on the ASX. Probably the long awaited JORC? Potential multi bagger for MTR.
Evening Keith, this investment looks really very very interesting. Nearby listed companies have a much higher valuation but they are a little bit further on the value chain! The up coming JORC should underline the potential future value!
Hi Keith MTR own 6.8% or 3.6m Heavy Mineral shares. I see this as potentially one of their best short to medium term investment.
Yes, I noticed that. He/she seems to have migrated from the HC Artemis Board. Some of the comments appear to be defamatory from this individual. He/she does not appear to have a holding but seems to have it in for the Board for whatever reason. A risky stance to take in my opinion!
Roger65 it takes years for exploration companies to come up with the goods. Huge spend on drill programs, interpretation reinterpretation etc…. Look at MTR. The T3 discovery was made in early 2016. Mining will take place 2022/23 and onwards. Exploration is very very risky but can also be very rewarding. Not all projects will come off. In fact very few get to an economic mine. Just needs a lot of patience. In fact years of patience!
The RNS does not surprise me in the slightest. MTR/CBE are being very cautious with the placing of the drill program. These drills cost a great deal of money. It is also highly risky. We do not have the luxury of SFRs exploration spend. I would like to see MTR roll up KML in a deal similar to the MOD one. At least that would mean that someone else would fund the drill program. We would then have an increased shareholding in CBE and retain our 2% NSR. This would seem to fit the MTR strategy that appears to be evolving.
