For what it's worth iky wasn't wrong in the past, a deal was extremely close but at the last minute cb changed tact. Believe me or not, no fuss. Also spid prices were dropping then which affected cb thinking imo.

Anyway time will tell if cb can get it over the line with any of the projects.
