Very simple view , if Amigo want this company to carry on they will have a suitable deal as they have been left to have a second chance.
Secondly the sp will always slip due to no news, very much purposeful in my eyes by Amigo management which fits the notion of not wanting to raise big sums of money from shareholders to appease FCA.
I’m not advising any holder to sell or willing investors to buy but this is my view :)

Mac , I think we cannot be far off ..talking to some lawyers in big play I know they have the thinking clearly that we 28 days off maximum. Do we think if it’s NN buying that they have had funds released as of today this could be a factor in the couple of weeks trundling along we have had ? As once this has been RNS then finds will have to be available very soon usually deposited to an account beforehand ? This is my thinking with where we are at....this month I am sure :)

Within the month of July it will conclude. You do not exit the FSP stage of the deal is not done . It protects the seller , so what reason would there be to exit this without any deal done or extremely close ( I.e final legal paperwork to complete ). 2 areas will be sold , the others will be built up with licenses to come by end of year and within 2-3 years will also be sold probably for a lot more than the divi which we will be given at this stage which will be £1:12. Precise yes but let’s see if I’m wrong eh :)
