Options can taken up at anytime BUT when Gary was alive that wasn’t the case as it was a closed period.
We assuming the estate has taken nearly 2 years to sort itself out for this to happen ??? Sadly Gary had cancer and was not a sudden death so this would not have taken this long to sort however you want to spin this.
