Again what should be said is EUA have zero to do with share certs. This is a registrar issue ( link ) and not EUA.
The sad facts are some will twist this , above is the facts for any listed company and not only EUA , as per my previous postings not once have I insinuated I’m a lawyer only the public facts anyone can find publicly on legal proceedings.
If the NOMAD or the relevant authorities seen the court case as important to shareholders this would have been pushed on EUA with no option, it was not so that tells you all you need to know.

No RNS to state otherwise on sale of assets so assumptions not needed , this has not changed.
Opinions are good but RNS are facts ( legal also ).
Claim within the courts are costing EUA nothing IMO with insurance, any other poster says otherwise is opinion also and no record within company accounts to justify coatings for legal this is a fact.
The board would have notified NOMAD in turn notified regulator and this was legally left not to RNS legally !!
Agree or not authorities do not let this pass if this was critical to shareholders argue all you want.

The court case is ultimately not about EUA , the registrar is legally obliged with certs for holdings and not EUA, they have been dragged into this for no fault of their own as anyone with any brain cells ( many that have not ) can clearly see , I will state again go and look through all the documents and not listen to any poster what so ever regarding these , it’s easy.

Could have lots of news flow this month with many milestones hitting. We have Ros agreement renewal 26/3, DFS has been in 3 months from RNS ( ish ) , I would expect earlier given the Dec update which didn’t include the license which had landed RNS in Jan to go by. Coupled with a court case that could conclude at anytime it’s very interesting indeed.

I think it’s irrelevant of any short position ORCA have , the information they have put in the public domain is incredibly damning if true and they would be absolutely insane to post such for cheaper entries etc etc as this would lead to so many legal cases it blows the mind. Just to be clear , there can be no raising of funds to quell the complete fabrication from twitter freaks & misinformed dirty posters here.
Sanctions would prevent a raise if these funds were to purchase “ new “ licenses or funds to the state.
We have enough funds to last more than 12 months so let’s ignore the shisters making such points.
