Kor, well said indeed :). Sadly with KS his goals/deadlines etc mean Jack ****. The purpose of social media for the company is to allow insight, but others want an RNS instead of such when there isn’t no such trade off.
KS carries his integrity throughout all his holdings, he buys and then proceeds to complain constantly as his targets of time/sp are not met. I’m bored of hearing his voice and musings over the TG board where all “ fans” congregate allowing no alternative views of the company & running of such, I hold more than he could muster and for good reason I might add…. Performance from IPO to now is exceptional and is about to ramp up significantly, hopefully KS will have sold and we never hear from the **** again :)

Steve, yes trolling that is what I do lol. I didn’t have the information first hand from the TG board but was sent as screenshots, this is how I know such for clarity.
None of my posts have been negative regarding the stock itself but the TG board members & also company representatives talking too much within a public group.

RW the CFO should never be posting such on a TG board. Jeffrey on the group is also so far up his ass he is always in the dark ffs, very controlled board sadly.

I’ll question the validity of the sale process if and when they RNS there isn’t such. Strangely most work with the RNS for information …. I know I’m old fashioned indeed but when the BOD have so much stock they **** me then they **** themselves so BBQ at the ready :)

GH, yep agree entirely. I don’t think any LTH are over the moon at present including myself but I am still aware of the current climate and with the mindset of this was going cheap then it would have been done already.

Del, I don’t find it strange as obviously they knew about it but for reasons they have, not wanting to push this out into public domain. The information we have been getting isn’t good enough I don’t hide from this fact BUT there are so many cogs to this it must be incredibly precarious indeed. We could have buyers NDAs, governments and so on to respect during this sensitive time…..but if no sale or sanctions were impacting us then we would see an RNS on such.

Old anal analysis is back again as toffers, talking complete nonsense as -
1. We have no idea the cost in litigation for the company in which they are readily insured for such the same as all LTD & PLC.
2. The losses from share certificates which are lost ? How on earth this would lead to EUA paying for such I have no clue at all.
3. The company has lawyers which most certainly give them access to all they need with pulling from deals or dealing with aggrieved dirty lying brothers I’m sure.
But the old stinking hairbrush needs to push her complete child like & above anyone else’s view here OR she/he won’t have any other to chat to bless …

Del, EUA find Nuyd license from a shareholder ? Wtf you talking about ??? . They RNS such when it had been found on TPI Russian website is far more accurate don’t you think ! The lack of comms is in agreement BUT when in sale process it will always be difficult to push through information to shareholders wouldn’t it ?

Del, you’re not getting this are you!! It states urgent cash call etc in the RNS which is very misleading indeed. Have a look at the structure of V where these were “ purchased “ and the fact very little time later these are now back in his name …all of them.

Del, yes transfered/sold to veles, not on open market so transfered and now back under his name. So go and check Bloomberg :)

Del, you didn’t see the transfer of the shares then ? That isn’t sold ….popped up on Bloomberg not long after, put up as collateral.
