Possible outcomes are - share certs awarded or not.
Insurance could not be obtained so Q&M using witnesses to push their case for ownership.
Impossible case for them to win but they have no choice now that all assets of theirs that were seized ( they hid or forward sold their holdings) and now they have had such lifted, now going after possible huge amounts of monies if a sale goes ahead.

Matrix, you’re boring me with complete twisting of events & facts. If Q&M had access for 30 days to II then they get such and pass over BUT they didn’t !!!
So the very probability of such was it was offered and then retracted, otherwise why on earth would they have not taken it and then presented this policy to obtain a replacement cert …..which they have had every chance for the last however many years !!!
But they cannot so they have resorted to court action to bully a company into such. EUA & LINK have done everything lawfully and correct in this event.
Again I mute the point of this does NOT effect sale of assets for EUA.

For starters it clearly shows in documents that Q&M could not obtain indem insurance, you miss out the timeline where no correspondence DUE to the fact they were told without such there would be no reissued cert ….again this is LINK & not EUA as you know full well it’s the registrar business and not EUA.
You have also missed out purposefully that EUA have legal evidence that the shares held by Q&M have been acquired by others.

Full disclosure from the judge has been set for Q&M and not for EUA so it’s not EUA hiding.
It also doesn’t state that insurance policies will not pay for any of the proceedings which you are implying.
Many here can google easily on litigation insurance and so on which will cover the company and can see quite simply in companies accounts.
Also the compensation for Q&M the judge would have to order that the share certs not replaced are EUAs fault, this cannot be the case as it’s a registrar issue and not the company !!! But again I point out the very fact of the matter ….II = new share cert , it’s exactly how it should be and has never been obtained.

Matrix, again you’re full of ****. In no part of the court papers which we can all see is there any part where it started in 2022 ( it was Dec 2021 ) for a start and which lawyers ? There have been 3 different sets for the prosecution to date :). There can be no legal grounds for compensation based on indem insurance is statutory in obtaining a new share cert ….fact ….another fact that within 5 years they haven’t been able to produce such !!!!!!! Which again is not EUAs issue it’s the registrar!!!

Pw, yep I have done the same :), these idiots pushing false information in these boards & twitter are the Bain of life. These court cases are literally something of nothing with no bearing to the company what so ever.
