Q&M didn’t have to show the company they could obtain the insurance they had to take it out !!!! They didn’t , there was nothing needed from the company to do such !!! The fact they couldn’t acquire such says it all, from a company/registrar viewpoint there is very little in “ dragging their heels “ which would stop any insurance being obtained or other so it’s complete fabrication.

You are so hung up on this it’s unreal, because you want to be otherwise like you have just pointed out ….look at both sides of the coin which you are clearly not , I wonder why indeed 🤡
