The results was always going to be below expectations with the forward selling taken from the accounts. All that matters is that accounts are concluded for the period, new management has been put in place ( which it has ) and 23 accounts are healthy.

Not a pleasant read but was never going to be the case.

Del, phoned the company and that was the response.

Companies house also indicates accounts by end of June so ties in to the dates I gave.

Del, the accounts have to be published latest end of June so 20th July onwards for AGM if that is the case.

We until end of June to see accounts, annual statement & AGM called so hopefully know more by then 😄

incompetence from start to finish with a very inexperienced bod lacking much common sense with a “ fire sale “. i’m sure lth here are happy we have not had any fire sale & look forward to a value sale of assets.

Conjecture of course, but the fact in 5 years not one has been exercised points to such a fact. Otherwise they would have with huge profits well before now 👍
