I’m not sure I have to explain the subsidiaries %owned by EUA so you comments are immaterial on a good day.

If the matter of the signed agreement with EUA and not the subsidiary in any way shape or form altered or became non existent then this would have been a material change to RNS as the business would have changed.

Before you knock off the court cases should have been RNSs, I agree with such I as a shareholder think we should have been told BUT the relevant regulatory authorities deemed this not to be worthy , maybe as they fully read the case 🤝
