CTC, not sure what the ACF report :-

A. Is part of the Russian discount convo ?

B. What it matters in context on sale of assets as it’s a paid broker note like 99% of all others for companies.

C. There is sufficient numbers within the public domain for many years for the assets EUA holds not to even browse the ACF report.

D. Where have I referenced the ACF report as a guideline ?

E. This FT report is nothing new from the guidelines of Russian Goverment, like for like basis where they have no issues with western companies BUT will evaluate each sale process as and when. No difference to many months ago.

But if any investor is worried for their capital based on such reports then sell its very simplistic 👍
