For reference I went today and was very reassuring to see the team relaxed and confident when there was a lot going on.
I didn’t speak to anyone who came away disappointed in fact quite the opposite.
There were some familiar faces in the afternoon session as they arrived as we were departing.
It was a near 6 hour round trip and definitely worth it for me.
Someone on ADVFN commented on how long it was since results or AGM I can’t remember which but it appears a lot has been done and is being done in a relative short time.
The innovation centre looked bigger than I imagined and i personally came away very positive. It was good to see many other investors and listen to their thoughts too

Re homes built in a week I don’t think we are quite there yet BUT I do keep an eye on the Golden Valley as that appears a local project. One can but hope but that’s all I have re 3D printed homes ATM.
I don’t have an engineering bone in my body but I see an Infosec future for Graphene if the tech delivers as I hope
Please don’t take this as being a ramp. It’s purely stating what is already out there and gives others the information that allows them to make their own decisions and educated ones at that.
Agreed I am waiting for one of them to come along but also accept that it will be the customer that drives that timeframe and agenda.
In relation to textiles as well I imagine it will be the customer that does the marketing element as well.
Re cementene we will be in control of that part.
When others post I don’t agree with all but it allows me to go okay let me take a little bit of a deeper look.
The things I post I suspect most already know and I see it just as a reminder to myself as well. Some others remind me of other things I’d forgotten about.
One example of something new was at World of Concrete 2022 in vegas this week. I saw a bud where they talked about the machines and one person stated the machines are important but not as important as the material (or words to that effect). That was in relation to 3D printing.
We all need luck and best wishes to you as well

I did forget to add some other parts as well.
In response to your questions I cannot put a value on the production facilities. I cannot put a value on the equipment, I cannot put a value on the trademarks or patents or IP either.
Re GrapheneLab if I’m correct (off memory) we have a number of factors in play. I “believe” we have a daily rental for equip used (I’m not 100% on that tho) we have 5% of any sales and if they use the trademark another 2%.
The GrapheneLab agreement sees them having exclusivity in South Korea for 10 patents. I do understand it is GrapheneLabs ambition to venture wider and be in Europe and the US as well and those patents etc would be discussed if that happens.
I first bought into here on potential even tho tbh at 21p I didn’t really understand what that potential would be. I just looked at what the future held between 2020-2050 and thought here looked interesting.
Those other parts I missed from before are:
I forgot to mention VGAP and the names on that panel like Tony McNally and Jacque Murray and where they work. Some I believe are in places relevant to Britishvolt.
I forgot to mention SD Labs in Korea and whether that will play out. I think that has a really good chance having looked at what they do.
I forgot to mention the IP and patents we have developed and acquired and how GrapheneLab have exclusivity on 10 patents in South Korea and if they do expand into U.K. and US as they want to them that will be negotiated again
I forgot to mention about TDAP and the Lotus Bonnet. It’s been proven there so where next
I forgot to mention superdry I think
I forgot to mention the US (which is my blind spot and I want to know more of) where we have 22 confidentiality agreements, 14 active projects and 5 collaborations in place.
I forgot to mention the move up to 18000 sq ft and then did mention the love from that to 28000 sq ft with the innovation centre
I forgot to mention that we appear to have done all of that during covid and are very well positioned following expansion where as it appears other organisation in the Graphene space appear to have only just secured funding to spans or are just announcing work to look at Graphene enhanced concrete etc.
Apologies for the brain fart in missing those off

I posted on ADVFN but here’s questions I ask myself and I answer yes to all except C
Do you think:
A. Graphene will play a significant part in the future?
B. Versarien will have a decent part to play in that?
C. If not versarien, who will and why?
D. the uplift in capabilities and capacity of Graphene Inks from 3000 to up to 15000 litres a year is significant?
E. the uplift in capabilities and capacity of Graphene powder from 5 to up to 100 tons a year is significant?
F. the procurement of a rail seat moulding tool will be of benefit to the company?
G. the procurement of a large processing vessel that will take crew to Graphene/resin dispersion from 5 to 100 litres a day will be beneficial?
H. the purchase of our own lab to do in house testing away from Manchester as well as using Manchester and Cambridge labs will be a big benefit?
I. that Graphene Enhanced Concrete will have a significant place to play in the future including our very own trademarked Cementene and with Concretene, when desired?
J. the 3D concrete printing machine will add value to the companies offerings and be revenue building? Eg working with Changemaker 3D on United Utilities and HS2 and I imagine the Environment Agency as well.
K. that the validation of products through independent testing by recognised leaders in the field is a great way to advance the company so customers know what they are getting and at what quality? Eg Ankara re SARS-COV2 inhibition or BGGT/Shirley Technologies re textiles or NPL re Graphene Council Verified Producer Status
L. that ENSO Tyres will progress to commercialisation by the end of Q1 as indicated following DPD, Post Office, TFL and fleet trials and agreements?
M. any of the 3 DSTL projects that are due for completion by end of Mar 2022 will progress beyond the development, demonstration and exploit phase?
N. MAS and Coats work will progress during 2022?
O. the O&G work will continue given the increase in oil price and rig count used?
P. we will move to an agreement with an organisation in relation to packaging?
Q. that we will progress with Footwear, glasses etc will progress during 2022?
R. that the GrapheneLab relationship will provide a decent revenue stream during 2022?
S. that 2-Dtech will be involved in providing material and expertise that will enable a 3rd party to commercialise a product and/or significantly advance medical research during 2022?
T. Gnanomat will have some exciting news during 2022?
U. that the work with Westfield on Pseudo supercapacitors will be beneficial and hear about positive updates later in 2022?
V. the work on resurfacing the A1 in the North East will return significant positive findings that will potentially see that method become a preferred method?
W. that Airbus re GICE and Rolls Royce will return some significant updates during 2022?
X. Do you think that the relationship with Gerdau will involve more than just masks?
I k
I can’t tell you if the demand is there just yet but I’m seeing the capability uplift as significant
You mentioned the inks and powder but also the team strength and floor space. I believe the floor space went up significantly to 18000sq ft and the innovation centre was brought forward by 6 months to increase that capacity to 28000sq ft which is a significant increase but was always in plan. I saw the bringing forwards as a positive step .
Then you also take a look at the equipment brought in. They brought that in to achieve those numbers but also brought in their own lab too, a cybe 3D printing robot, a seat molding tool and if I recall a dispersion tank or something with 100ltrs a day
I know from due diligence companies would need to know we had the capability and capacity to meet their requirements

I haven’t posted on here for a long time but thought I’d check in.
I saw your comment and thought I’d respond. Versarien creates materials like Nanene, Polygrene, Hexotene, cementene etc and those materials will have significant benefit in multiple sectors in time.
Imho one of the strengths of versarien is that we are not overly reliant on one sector.
With each element of R&D comes new IP and we don’t just throw the material at anyone that wants it and walk away. I believe we like to work with the 3rd party innovation teams and help them get the best solution and pick up that knowledge on the way

I took two small additions £500 yesterday and the same today and I don’t care what others think I’ll still keep topping up as funds arrive

I’m not going to make it a slanging match ABLE as that detracts from the reason for the discussion board.
People that own shares don’t talk a share down. People that don’t own the shares don’t talk it up either.
Yet I’m perplexed at those who don’t own needing to express what appears I’ll advised, unresearched and in fact fabricated drivel.
I have a friend who has bought having seen my passion and vision for the future of the company. It is not a huge sum but it’s huge to him. When he says it will rise by 10% by the end of the month I say to him why will it? I want him to explain his thinking. He can’t and like some here he just plucks figures out the air.
I then reiterate my research telling him things I’ve found, read or added together to make 2+2 =5. Some of that is speculation on my part but then again I am not on the inside so it is just speculation.
I’m happy with what I see and think may happen and if that only happens 20% of the time I’ll still be very happy.
I know nooothing
Ps I used that name specifically as I’m telling people I’m not in the know and also I see some spoke on this and other boards and i feel like Manuel
It may have been posted previously but has anyone seen that AECOM have recruited 2 senior employees from NYC transportation

So what happens when that arrives ABLE. The first one may actually prove the business case and year 1 be ok but year 2 or 3 being the more lucrative years.
What will you whinge about then?

You know the tune (love is in the air)
Graphenes in the air
Everywhere I look around
When that RNS lands
From TW not a sound
And I don't know if I'm being foolish
I don’t know if I'm being wise
But it's something that I just believe in
And it's there do research and open your eyes
I know nooothing
Ps absolutely no alcohol has passed my lips ?
Quick question from me but if you had purchased at prices higher to the now even double or treble that of now would you buy again at these prices? What would you want to see that would satisfy your risk appetite?
The story hasn’t changed just the length of the chapter.
I have bought from 20p all the way to 1.70 and more on the way back down. We now have imho a stable foundation that allows us to build vertically and horizontally. The tech is and has been tested by a number of collab partners and has been proven to have made a significant enhancement to existing solutions.
Those solutions will hopefully start to surface and I believe we have a Spring uprising coming as we March back to a higher SP
I will speculate that there are a number of people just waiting for that initial RNS that announces a long term contractual relationship. When that lands (not if) I envisage some jumping back in. Get 2 pieces of news and it will rise again only this time it should be sustainable
With everything I state don’t trust me but follow your own research. If you see others findings do your own following that too to corroborate

If this was transfer day then Dan coming on board was the shock of the window. It appears that he’d been in a snr position in aecom and may have been in Bristol for the investor day.
So why would he leave a significant global company for VRS? Given we hold the purse strings very tight that’s a significant announcement that I feel may have others looking very close
I know nooothing
There are things we can control and things we can’t. If we can reduce the window of opportunity then we will do very well and maybe it may be a similar scheme to ESCROW and a safe vault. Firing a shot across boys is always good as it states we have eyes on you as well
I know nooothing
I won’t tell you whether to buy or sell but I would like to remind you of where the company is at the moment.
With regards to the collaborations it’s been said that there have not been any unsuccessful ones and some may actually come to commercial terms in the not to distant future.
MAS - sports apparel. I’ve done a bit of research in this area and one major high street brand I’m aware of launches some euro 2020 strips and other football stuff in March. Could this be tied to the notification that the brands control the launch?
Aecom cnctarch - it’s been confirmed that testing has been complete and results are known and I believe successful. So what holds this back? I’d say funding for the signals upgrade. With the budget only 2weeks away this May surface then. Now I suspect NYC will be either watching closely or may even top trump. And that’s just 2 locations so where else
Personally I feel that arch and potentially standalone post could have a far wider remit when opened up wider
O&G -well I haven’t looked into this in any context as it’s not my known topic. As mentioned I haven’t researched but i saw commentary stating commercial discussions were due to start in Q1. That indicates to me that they have completed testing and testing has proved to have had an added benefit. You wouldn’t start such discussions if it wasn’t beneficial. Downtime equals money lost and that’s not a good thing for them. If it adds a benefit and they want that advantage then it may conclude in Q1.
Now let’s talk China. The 2 DIT employees are working their butts off to come to close alignment and agreement. It was indicated months ago the potential had got bigger. More than 1 party was involved and did I see something stating other parties involved as well? I think I did and that’s a good thing imho.
If you bought in very recently lucky you. If you have a sell target then go for it. Consider this tho if you have researched and seen the same potential as I have and the uplift not over days, weeks or even months then any one could have a decent uplift. Add another and it’s going skywards. This isn’t a flash in the pan skywards tho as it’s a steady rise imho
Dyor and believe in yourself and not anyone else including me

Apologies from me but I have not posted on here previously but some may know me from other forums and medium.
When we talk of MM etc do we not have any theory regarding late trades and how the SP does seem to fluctuate at times quite a bit post close.
I for one would love to see the RNS released and approved at the NOMAD at the very last minute.
When you look at the SP I’ll admit timeframes haven’t gone according to my expectations but they were my expectations based on what I’d read
Additionally I would love to see the correlation between spread bet firms and the SP as I suspect that some swings would have been very profitable to them too
