Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
I agree, it's a no...I know I've lost the small amount I invested in this mob, but I really don't want to do the BOD any favours at this point. Happy to carry on drawing their salaries, not investing in the company themselves, then blaming AIM for their problems.
Hi, I'm with Interactive, and they had a voting form on my account to use for the AGM. I'm also against.
I was looking at volume of purchases - there were seven purchases totalling over 700,000 shares - yes not a huge cost, but still a large volume...
According to LSE, there's some large trades happening - any clues on who is doing this?
Done this morning...
Like others on here, I am appalled at the actions of the BOD of this company - go out to raise more money, and then delist a few weeks later (if they get the votes of course). I for one would be delighted to see the motion not carried - their contempt for shareholders - big or small - is awful. I might not have put a lot into this company, but it's more a matter of principle in my opinion.
Thanks, I had missed that last week - good news at last, and some positive signs. Perhaps this will now start to climb back up?
I believe - but I'm no expert - that having read other threads on here it is to do with the warrants which some organisations/people are sitting on which are having an impact at the moment. But, hopefully, everything in Italy gets sorted shortly, and then we should see some positive motion on the share price.
Well it would be good if something would happen here, been bumping along at this level for too long now...
Maybe the BOD have decided to take advantage of the low price because they know something? Or is this an algorithm forcing a rise by a few pence to make a quick profit?
I thought there was an earnings announcement today, but I can't find it. I hope that it will start to drag itself upwards during the year. Poor that the CEO doesn't respond...
I hope the trades today are because someone has confidence in this stock, rather than an algorithm looking to make a quick buck by shifting the price upwards....
I only have a small investment in this, but I can't believe how it has dropped like a rock. You would wonder why the directors aren't piling in on this and shoring up the price at the moment? Or perhaps they know something we don't?
Helps explain the sudden jump on share price this morning, which I'm delighted to see...hope this is the start of a climb back up!
I hope so - this is sitting far too low imho....would be good to finally see this rise back up....
" Rockhopper Exploration plc (AIM: RKH), the oil and gas exploration and production company with key interests in the North Falkland Basin, is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today were duly passed." Anybody else want to actually know the votes that were cast for and against each motion? They were published previously, but now nothing....BOD embarrassed about the results perhaps? Come on, stop treating us like fools. I've invested in your company, have the courtesy to give me the results.
Did anybody else pick up on the "relocation" comment? Good that they are going to drop expensive office space in London, but that carries a cost in terms of breaking a lease, moving, and paying a deposit on somewhere new. Still, pleased to see that they have finally dropped salaries etc, which is a positive story.
