If and they usually have, made lots of profit ABOVE the placing price , going up and on the way back down, they are quite happy to go below the placing price with the panicked RI sellers , to clear the rest, or wait for the panic to end and clear the rest later......

Those involved do not give a rats arse about what the company involved may or may not do in the future, just their own exit ASAP with a targeted PROFIT.

They also often command a fee for doing so, many pay 250k - £500k as a fee to the wonga for the privlidge of being death spiralled, often say a £5m has such a fee, so they only need to make back £4.5m BUT in reality from the forward selling pump to the demp end......they make a whole lot more.....

Often they also want a second bite of the cheap cherry, getting a secondary placing at the same time (warrants just another placing at a date TBD)

The bigger players can usually access the uk market from around 11:30 our time, the the PI's coming mid afternoon..........GLA
