Way to low for a potentially vast Helium and Hydrogen play, the Majors have all stated , like eg Shell , moving out of oil and more into Gas and Green and Blue energy projects (Hydrogen , Ammonia , Helium) and the operation of supporting infrastructure/processing.

That was the CEO, 2 years ago after being hammered in the Hague courts, others have made similar commitments/statements since.........GLA

Same added 280k shares earlier at 0.292p, I never invest in the BOD/CEO most a useless. I always invest in the assets, nothing has changed, HE1 has hold of a WORLD CLASS asset in Rukwa and more recently has moved into the USA to get some early production and REVENUES flowing to aid its self help development......

As long as the assets remain, will just keep fighting the background and adding/improving average/freebie level of shares as when/can.

For the investing, traders , wonga's skimmers and scalpers, its all about sp, for INVESTORS , its never about sp, its always about achievable MC on delivery and production.

Achievable MC , divided by full share base = potential SP

So , do you feel HE1 worth £50m or £500m+ , with Rukwa and the USA in full motion.............place ya bets.

Lorna , likewise has been exceptionally naive, when it comes to the companies , short, medium and long term funding requirements to first REVENUES, when the self funding can reduce the weight of what could have been much better managed multiple placings, all poor deals and rates so far, a rising market capital and share base, with a much falling sp, is never a good look, when trying to attract potential Major partners or REAL SUPPORTING (Stick around not pump and dump investing ) INVESTORS.

Nope we all expected what happened and worked around it, only HE seemed clueless as to what would happen to his company/sp and why he was being verbally and media abused by shareholders on a daily basis , with nothing in the way of near term progress to back it up, with rises and clear , much quicker than years for half of it.......GLA

As said , not expecting, just hoping this is one of the exceptions to the normal CLN Tragedy funding's.

The 3rd scenario, some hold some back , knowing a major event will take place soon (hoping that the case here) give themselves a payday now and an even bigger one down the line, as in convert after a stonking rise, as the 10 day VWAP will be very much in their conversion favour..........GLA

Had one a few years back , sure enough the CLN's (death spiral funding) did their slime ball act on the sp BUT having killed it to a range of 0.18 - 0.22, it idled , then news flow and an amazing bounce to a peak of 2.75p, which they then proceeded to death spiral , way back down once more, to clear the rest

It happens, if you were in icon a couple of years back , unlike most the wonga supporter ( Investor my arse) was exceptionally compliant with TR1 reporting.

It clearly showed , the next tranche (exact share numbers) already in hand before the announcement for that figure and the date SUPPOSED to hit the market was in each case, the day the next tranche was called for.....stuck out like a donkey's do dah.......... forward selling happens with most placings and cln's.

You can confirm it on most placings, if you look at the TRADE RECAP pages of a share on the REAL LSE (stock exchange) the PUMP to DUMP mass increase in volumes starts 7 - 10 days before the PLACING announcement , what a shocker lol, by the time the date of coming to market arrives, in most case the volumes have fallen off a cliff.

Always a win win for the wonga's, sell down from the high and so having made mass profits and their money back from the high down, many then happy to go below the placing price , to clear the rest.

With CLN's they are selling above the next conversion, in the same way and gaining with lower prices and higher share allocations (the confetti CLN) at each step.........the house always wins.

Still not many trades and low volumes, so not holding my breath......... but at least appears heading back in the right direction 😉😂
