In August, Australian exploration company Georgina Energy Plc granted London-based Halo Capital a 12-month non-exclusive option to acquire the rights to 100% of the helium, hydrogen and natural gas produced from the two large-scale gas redevelopments.

Together with Penspen’s expertise, the companies aim to position Australia as a leading supplier of helium, hydrogen and hydrocarbons for the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.

The opening of the seminar "Doing Business with Malaysia," which is taking place in Dili from November 18 to 20, as part of the Export Acceleration Mission to Timor-Leste, promoted by the Malaysian Embassy and the Malaysian Foreign Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE). The mission, which runs until November 21, brings together 19 Malaysian companies from various sectors, with the aim of identifying trade and investment opportunities between Timor-Leste and Malaysia, in a context marked by Timor-Leste's recent full integration into ASEAN.

The United States is in talks to establish a fund of 312 billion meticais ($5 billion) to finance mining projects, in an initiative with potential direct impact on Mozambique, where significant investments have already been directed toward graphite production, a strategic mineral in the global energy transition.

According to information reported by Bloomberg, the fund is being structured as a partnership between the US International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) and the American firm Orion Resource Partners, which specializes in mining investments. Negotiations are still ongoing and there is no guarantee that the agreement will be finalized, but sources close to the matter indicate it represents the most ambitious US bet on direct financing to secure access to critical minerals. The DFC has been active in financing mining projects in African countries and, in particular, approved a loan of 9.36 billion meticais ($150 million) to Syrah Resources, which operates a graphite mine in Balama, Cabo Delgado province, Mozambique. Syrah’s production supplies the value chain of US electric vehicle manufacturer Tesla, reinforcing the country’s strategic role in providing raw materials for batteries.

Hussar, located in Western Australia’s Officer Basin, and Mt Winter in the Amadeus Basin, Northern Territory, are recognised as prospects of significant national importance. With proven reserves and fresh drilling applications underway, both sites have the potential to deliver significant volumes of helium and hydrogen – gases central to medical technology, industrial processes and the decarbonisation of global energy systems.

Development of Critical Infrastructure

Upon securing funding, Halo Capital will be responsible for the delivery of processing facilities, including separation units for helium, hydrogen and cryogenic purification systems. Once operational, they will be solely responsible for storage, transport, export, trucking helium to Darwin, and converting ammonia to hydrogen. The agreement will enable Westmarket Oil & Gas, Georgina Energy’s wholly owned Australian subsidiary, to sell gas at the wellhead in its raw state, subject to a formal contract on commercial terms.

Under the MOU, Penspen would provide a wide scope of engineering services, including concept/feasibility, FEED, detailed design and procurement support covering the full chain from wellhead to export. They would also provide project management support including scope/basis definition, tendering and bid evaluation, CAPEX estimating, contract preparation, project controls, and site/commissioning supervision.

Vast Resources PLC (a UK-based mining company) and Gulf International Minerals Ltd (a company with a 49% interest in local gold mines) are collaborating with the Government of Tajikistan to advance the country's non-ferrous mining industry. This initiative focuses on attracting foreign investment and expanding market access for mineral exports.

Key Details of the Collaboration:

Memorandum of Understanding (MOU): In December 2024 and again in May 2025, a framework MOU was signed between the Government of Tajikistan's Ministry of Industry and New Technologies, Vast Resources, and Gulf International Minerals.

Just looked at the real exchange and it shows a single print at 0.0299 , real lse rounds up, so the price would have been still likely 0.02987

so this was one trade amended not cancelled, based on price at the time and on open probable placing offset clearance SELL

all around it 0.308

Note the hyphens on the print, on the real exchange, those until last year would be flagged as CANC or AMND, cancelled or amended.

GEX have stated in a previous RNA Update, they are in talks with multiple parties, so until one or both finalised, under no obligation to put out another RNA to the market. Previous declarations to the Market, carry like the Politicians in Parliament , asked and answered clause.

Until they progress, agree a deal/terminate talks, they are still covered under continued negotiations declarations made to the Market already.

Future Made in Australia Innovation Fund: A A$1.7 billion fund to support early-stage projects and commercialization of new technologies.

International Cooperation: Australia has formed partnerships with countries like Germany and Japan to develop supply chains and secure export markets.

It' s why AH has to put out something soon, to clarify, the focus IS STILL Hussar, the new deals, taking over 3 subsid's of CP in the process, is NOT HAPPENING QUICKLY.
