Waiting for a deal with the union and a possible change to the USO.

Hi,
Anyone know why the SP went up today when the markets were down?
My average is £2.32 and I'm still comfortable with this as I see it above this within 12 months.
Anyone else prepared to share their average holding price?
Has everyone been paid the dividend as I haven't?
No as the starting price will already be down...
RMG has taken a proper battering over the last 10 days.
The results were followed by downgrades and numerous negative press.
So much that the appeal win was followed by a negative day after.
What's everyone's prediction for the week as we head towards ex dividend date on Thursday?
My prediction is that there will be little movement...
LoL
Goldman Sachs today reaffirms its buy investment rating on Royal Mail Plc (LON:RMG) and cut its price target to 300p (from 310p).
Not bad considering the doom and gloom after last Thursday. I am in for the dividend and any capital gain over my average price which is under £2.25 will be a bonus.

Goldman Sachs Reiterates Buy with target price of £3.10
Anyone else notice the very large purchase of 1557854 shares at the end of the day?
I have given up in predicting this sp as it seems to do the exact opposite of what I expect it to do...
Does anyone know the reason behind today's drop?
It bounced off its support level at £1.93 which is good but it's still a little depressing to see us under £2.00.
Your thoughts, please.
Schroders has increased its holding to 11.14%. They clearly think RMG is undervalued...
Your thoughts?
I dont know why some are predicting such a large drop on Friday.
On average, the share price has closed - 1.71% down on the day after going Ex Dividend. The worst was - 4.21% in December 2015 and the best was an increase of +2.16% in December 2017.
Taking into account the actual dividend, if you sold at these prices, on average you will only be down -0.73% down. The worst was - 2.77% in December 2015 and the best was an increase of +3.95% in December 2017.
Whilst the past cannot be relied upon to predict the future, what is making some think that the price will drop by 7-10% when it has never done that before?
The price will definitely drop on Friday but not as much as some fear...
