Thanks Jersey Crew. Yes, I need to do a bit more research but I do like:

-the fact that the COO and CEO are looking to repeat what they achieved with Apex.
-the SP is pretty low, meanwhile the first gold pour is anticipated late this year or early next year from Kochang.
- to me the chart looks like the SP has broken out of the downtrend. (But I said the same with gcat and called that one wrong)

As you say I do need to do a bit more reading, but this does look like one of this shares the market just doesn’t get yet

I don’t know that I agree with ‘anything less than 2000oz EOY and it’s not good’. If they consistently started to sell 1000oz a month, that $650,000 profit a month (£800,000).

12 months = Near £10mill profit and our MCAP is?

In my world, 1000oz a month is good. 2000oz a month is fantastic.

Jerseycrew- I thought I’d look at this after todays RNS on that other share.

Very interesting and very similar in approach, however (if my conclusions from the RNS are correct) you are clearly bullish about the other gold miner?

I posted last night about peer comparisons, this is the one share that would have been good to have had mentioned, an abandoned gold mine on the cusp of a transformational year with production …. Sounds familiar!

One thing that is also frustrating, I understand Robbie suggested to the Telegram team that selling has been to a number of factors which have now been resolved to a manageable level.
The continued selling does imply what Robbie has said is just not correct.

On thing I’m curious about is that Hargreaves24, as part of the telegram group stated the selling had been resolved (he believed) to a manageable level. It did then continue, or appears to continue, so was Robbie suggesting he’d identified an investor to take the shares being sold off and this was Mr McConnell?

So between this guy and Robbie they hold near 10% of the shares in issue.

So, at 24000 oz a year (6000oz a quarter), we should be valued the same as PUR?

So by XMAS we should be worth nearer £120mill MCAP than £13mill.

I’m being mischievous here. The crude comparison ignores many factors (total gold resource that can be mined, AISC)

However it is another way of showing the MCAP is not right

3 weeks now to the end of the month, not that I’m counting the days down :)

ECR announced some drill results today, MCAP is £13mill. No EMR announced, no JORC

WSBN no drill results at all yet, MCAP is £13mill

Priced about the same level with gold JORC, a revised EMR imminent and a mine capable of 1000oz a month and that is being upgraded to produce 2000oz per month.

Anytime I look about to invest elsewhere I keep being reminded that the MCAP here is daft. Feel free to add any other comparisons you are aware of.

Aprogerson, Jerseycrew, only one share me- completely agree a standard quarterly report would be good that sets out ore mined, processed, gold on carbon, gold poured, ore stockpiled, etc. The Q4 report even reported the ounces in the stockpiled ore, I quite liked that metric.. the Q1 report was less detailed.

So far as I can tell drilling started in November of last year, 6months drilling is complete and Robbie is discussing another years drilling to go. Meanwhile the number of drill holes is 10times what has been done on the hill prior GCAT taking over the area.

I feel it’s not entirely unrealistic to be increasing the 670,000oz to near 1mill after all the drilling activity, but I admittedly have no real idea.

Robbie hopes for near 1mill, let’s wait and see…

Robbie in that short Twitter clip is hoping the EMR pushes the resource close to 1 Mill Oz for Kilimepesa. That’s the level of expectation we are looking at for the end of month. Total resource hopefully nearing 1 mill oz.

Plenty of drilling and drill targets to go to achieve the 2mill oz.

Meanwhile for a 20 year mine life we need 480,000oz.

It the change in quality that I’m hoping will be considerably increased (the 61000 oz measures and 123,000 oz indicates) but as APR says there is plenty of drilling still to go. I think Robbie suggested a years drilling left at Kilimepesa…

There’s also the RNS last year (8th October), discussing trenching work and gold mineralisation that exceeded expectations.

This work was south of the hill. Very shallow in depth, I think, as this work was not done by drilling but trenching.

I’m curious if this adds to the EMR. Maybe the trenching results add to the inferred, but for indicated and measured we need drill results, analysed by a lab.

I’m rambling, the trenching work suggests shallow depth high grade ore south of the hill…

Also expecting a resource update for the (working) gold mine at Kilimepesa, expected in the next 4 weeks.

Does look like below 0.8p will be gone soon, I should have had the courage!

On the daily chart we are sitting at the 20SMA, which is providing a little resistance. Break that and I suspect next stop is about 1p.

Anyone keeping an eye on the trades? Is our seller still active?
