For anyone new looking at GCAT…
This is a company with over $20mill already invested in the mine and gold processing plant to produce gold from the mine.
The board are expecting to be producing 2000oz a gold of month - 3 months from now. Yes - only 3months from now. This is fully funded to this level of production.
The cost of producing the gold is around $1100, so at a POG of $1800 you can figure out the profit
In addition the mine life is 10 years based on 2000oz a month, and with more gold being found daily during exploration work.Again the exploration is fully funded. No dilution.
To explain the mine is the Kilimepesa hill, surrounding areas to be explored are vim rutha, teng ten, Maghor and others. The hill had the LOWEST grade ore and has sufficient grade and gold for a 10year mine life. There’s huge potential upside from the surrounding areas that are being drilled now. Vim Rutha is the start with that 84g/t bonanza grade hit.
Then there’s Tanazania.
How many companies can deliver significant gold production in 3 months, at low AISC, with huge potential upside with this market cap (fully funded)… if you know of any please do let me know! Wishbone today showed the risks inherent in minnows - so far it really has struggled to find much gold, nevermind enough for it to be a profitable venture and are years from (I if they ever) produce any gold and will need considerable funds.
