RM’s tweet earlier this week suggested this and the VR drill results this week.

1000 ounces per ton, sheesh, I did see some monster results coming in.. 300+g/t and it did … nothing. We’re talking insanely good results!

SHG is a good company imo and undervalued. Crazy that the SP doesn’t budge on the amazing gold grades but there we go. Anyway, thanks for the post I’ll try and remember that!!!

Tbh I’m surprised you are at break even on your aim shares. You have good experience and knowledge. Thanks for the post, appreciated as always.

Gcat - yeah you sold early, there were drill results coming, they were going to be decent BUT the market has reacted with ‘meh’ to almost everything to date.. till now! Mind you the cart was threatening a breakout. IF they don’t hit the March target of 2000oz there could be a pretty big pullback. Something to watch.

HE1 - Great to see we are all so positive about this, let’s hope we are al correct. I actually sold some GCAT today to buy… wish I’d waited till later in the afternoon! If GCAT pullsback and he1 moves off in a month or two I’ll consider reinvesting in gcat….. that said I’ll be watching your posts on 88e.. .. mine you TXP and others have caught my eye!

Fun and games this, but He1 I think have us a gift today. Troaj, you said it, they handled the placing badly! Oversubscribed tells you everything, the placing was cheap.

Robbie said the results from the hill were good, the EMR in the summer gave a 10 year life of mine.

Robbie was excited about the funding - and we would like it - non dilutive from 2 sources at a discount to spot price.

Robbie was excited about VR, a second discovery… 84g/t from one of the holes!

Production of 2000oz by Xmas. … about all he got wrong. A minor 3 month delay, and for all we know the fund raising affected the plans (6months due dilligence from OMICOR)

My long winded comment is basically we know ‘there’s gold in them there hills’ ….

(Then we have a working mine, our own exploration drills, gold processing plant, etc, etc, etc).

I actually took a look at Shanta this morning. A fine share and undervalued no doubt with some exceptional gold grades. Production, huge, approx 70,000oz, profit say $600 an ounce so $42mill dollars. Fantastic. MCAP is near £100mill. We are looking to produce 1/3 as much gold, and our MCAP is 1/5th of Shanta… and like I say I really like SHG but GCAT is a better buy!

I’d agree with the anxiety comment, but that’s also been reassuring that I’ve been invested with my eyes wide open to the risks. And I have enjoyed watching Robbie take care of them one by one.

Also agree with the stock pickers comment. I also haven’t kept a close eye on other gold shares but I remember peer comparisons early days and nothing came close to gcat. Trek said it last night, a lot of people investing in shares because they are next to GGPs big find. … and investors buying because ‘the gold can’t just stop’… well actually.. it can, or it could be running parallel to your licence. … meanwhile I remember Robbie grinning talking about artisanal mining on the exploration licence. His comment was along the line last these guys show us where the gold is!!!

Well, we know what DM is like (after last time)… and given he already classes this as a discovery, I think the excitement and the want to justify the discovery comment will get the better of him.

And it’s to that end I can’t decide whether I’m targeting 9p or waiting for more. Best to have a game plan, stick to it and let emotions not interfere. Which is already happening lol!

I’m hoping 9p by spud, so nearly break even for you dia.

@Troajan - correct about the Helium shows comment and then HE1 could do 15p with that sort of excitement, maybe more..

Thought I’d better post here. Gun I am watching and frankly I followed you here. I appreciate and respect your posts on the other share.

50% discount to NAV has me sold, the risk - reward is compelling, in addition there is the gold upside…. However I will need to take profits from elsewhere so I’ll be watching for a few more months and hoping the SP stagnates that long!

9p for that 50%…. I think that’s highly likely, tbh I expect the SP in double figures at some point.

You’ve done well for yourself Trek. I’m more a novice but the last few years have taught me a lesson or two, that’s for sure.

I have to admit I have sometimes checked your posts to see what you are invested in. Kicking myself for not buying some TGA at 300p. What a chance that was! (I’m sure I found it after you posted on that site)

Anyway, having great contributors to this board has helped manage the risk - reward to some degree on this. That big seller helped keep the price down as we derisked (MRE RNS then the funding RNS)….
