Well we have seen one poster do exactly that.

To be fair this one poster is the main source of information for every investor.

Exactly… even if this were a no. Legislation has been passed for central government to over rule local government on projects of national importance.

Heron had been deemed to be of national importance.

So either we get the land use from local government, this week, or from central government

So I’m short.

There was a local government meeting.

A MATD representative presented.

One of the topics was ‘ About acquiring land for special local needs.’

And there was a vote.

Am I missing anything? (Apart from the result of the vote)

The LP - I’d be shocked if it did not happen, frankly. Nothing is certain but I would truly be shocked given all the news, given parliament effectively taking control of local issues….

The only bad news would be a velociraptor duster. It’s drilling for oil, so anything can happen there. But excitement will build ahead of the drill and the SP will rise.

I expect the LP before then..

I was reminded today of the importance of top slicing any spike and recycling (something I always fail to do!).

The problem is I just can’t do that here. The LP could come at anytime.
