RE: New blocks21 Apr 2023 13:27
In answer to the points below (Curioser) the SP goes down. And the converse if it all comes good, the SP goes up. Risk reward, but you know this, as we all do. We can point out the negatives and positives all day. The SP is where it is and no better or no worse as none of these have come to fruition, yet, and none of this has failed to happen, yet.
Like all investments there is risk, and reward. You can choose a ‘safer’ stock and with less reward. Like a bank, but then they weren’t so safe a while ago we’re they. Or Rolls Royce, but that wasn’t so safe a few years ago. All investment carries risk is my point and all this discussion is noise. We all know what happens with bad news. We all know what happens with good news. So the questions below are pointless to some degree.
The more clues that point to the LP progressing for me - the better - there’s no smoke without fire. And these are the things to pay heed to and hope they minimise the risk (whilst maximising the reward) as some investors will notinvest till the official RNS and will miss a good % gain.
(The questions I refer to)
1. What if the Velociraptor spud doesn't find oil?
2. What if LP issue gets pushed back until the refinery is nearly ready ( in 2024/ 25 if no more delays)?
3. How much will it cost us to buy these additional blocks?
4. How long will £10 M last without an additional income stream?
