- responses from the other ministries to MMIH and then counter-responses. In which case it may take longer.

OR

- straight to cabinet with the minister responsible to each ministry left to vote and/or debate and argue any responses or concerns in that meeting?

If it’s the second point (IF) then special certification may be up for discussion / voting in cabinet from next week on.

Iamagoldbuyer - for me it’s about open discussion and chewing the fat (not sure if that’s just a Scottish term). The more discussion here the more I can unearth or square away and put to bed. Then I can have more confidence in my choices and decisions. Other people will always have a view or thoughts I haven’t considered.

As said already, always found this board a good place to discuss things. Many good contributors even if we don’t all agree. And that’s is not a bad thing either IMO.

MCAP + debt = market valuation, or rather how the market values the company.

This was my assumption and I wondered if I was being overly simplistic. But seeing the debt paid down and MCAP move up by the same amount, it seems to be that way.

Interesting or rather reassuring to see you working the same way.

Anyway, look, these boards can be a cracking place for information and for discussion. And we don’t all have to agree.

I was in GCAT and genuinely a good board with many great posters. Useful debate is good to learn from as is keeping an open mind to things you don’t want to hear. If I listened to Hamm I’d have traded 4p to 2p and back!

Maybe you missed something - or like me - aren’t understanding something. I’m an engineer not a hedge fund manager so I don’t know everything! So keeping an open mind is a good thing.

Admittedly, we don’t know each other and traders will be posting to influence their position and it may not all be true. So when you find good posters that are trustworthy, well it’s gold.

But the personal stuff I struggle with. It’s just not adding anything.

The SP tells us the market isn’t sure about GCAT. Independently verifying the MRE would be a confidence builder. So it’s not rubbish IMO.

For me I’m not too concerned but others may be.

For funding discussions to progress as far and long as they have I would think having confidence in the resource would be a gateway (a milestone if you like) needing passed to continue discussion. Surely you don’t get 6months down the road and then say - we’re not confident you have the gold to mine so we can be re-paid. It’s fundamental to the whole funding.

But maybe I’m wrong.

I could easily be wrong but - what’s the level of confidence in the resource ok the ground is high on the due diligence. Discussions wouldn’t be advancing and taking as long as this if there wasn’t confidence. As I say could be wrong.

It would do them no harm to have the data independently verified. They’ve already got an outside company running gold assay sampling on site (pretty sure I saw that in a tweet) and an outside company doing the mining plan. So why not get the MRE verified externally too. Maybe that will happen after they finish the MRE in the hill.

Thanks Apro. What I’m trying to show is what gold they need for a 10 year life of mine. Somewhere between 253,000 and 480,000oz in comparison to what is declared by the competent person (is it 660,000 at Kilimepesa- something like that)

Lmlom - thanks, I did feel this was maybe the case. Another share I follow is similar.

Anyway - re CLNs, mine expansion (is it 24,000 vs 50,000). The extra $5mill. I emailed the company and asked for them to clarify this with the shareholder base. We will see what happens.

When the MRE was released Franck was the competent person responsible for the MRE, I remember Robbie saying as much. I didn’t really want to post on here last night saying this. But as it is mentioned…..

However, I think that even if not independently verified, the due diligence from the companies looking to provide funding provides some level of comfort that the MRE data is reasonable and believable.

In addition … 24,000oz, 10 year mine life.

That’s 240,000oz gold. Assuming 50% recovery factor then that means mining 480,000oz and they are saying there’s over 600,000oz in Kilimepesa.

Im being conservative with the 50% recovery factor. Aprogerson mentioned 93% for the high grade gold. What’s does that mean? If all the gold is high grade they only need to have found 258,000oz to achieve 10 year life of mine.

Also, we haven’t all the results from the hill yet.
