My take on India.. the litigation finding is a LOT. It therefore buys a LOT of litigation and I’d be surprised therefore if there was a quick resolution.

I’m not invested here. I do think there will be good returns for those invested, it’s just a case of when. I know there were comments ‘sooner rather than later in 2023’, but the amount of litigation funding feels different.

Other projects are a while from production, I think (I’ve not really investigate too deeply). So for me this is on my watchlist and I will pay more attention later in the year.

Maybe I’ll miss the boat, I do realise this.

This was my understanding.

CIL - high recovery (80%, maybe even 90%) but higher cost (higher AISC).

Heap leach - low recovery (50-60%) so less gold but lower cost (lower AISC). Also lower CAPEX than CIL.

It’s a calculation needed at feasibility to establish the best route and to maximise the return. Highly dependant on the ore grade. Low grades lend themselves to HL, higher grades CIL.

Mix of circumstantial evidence unearthed and put on these boards and factual news from RNS’s.

Mind you, the visit yesterday is not tenuous. It happened. It’s not normal business. Can not be argued or debated IMO. It is VERY significant.

But it’s not normal business to do this. That is the point. It is therefore VERY significant we just don’t yet know the significance and await the RNS.

Ok, well if you believe MRPAM and MMHI representatives flew all the way to visit the Isle of Man where MATD are registered, and sat in meeting with the CEO of MATD. And then all have their photos taken.

And the visit had nothing to do with MATD and their business interests which are of national importance to Mongolia and are being pushed by MRPAM and MMHI…then yeah ….ok, go ahead. Go you.

1) when looking for funding last year they weren’t mining these good grades

2) by using funding they can get the expansion happening sooner rather than later (self funding - it will take time 13 months to mine the high grade zone).

3) I think to clear the CLNs and do the expansion they need more money than will be released by the high grade zone currently being mined and drilled (to establish the true extent of the high grade zone).

Thanks for posting Master. Have to say I’m not familiar with who the people are, but that is a reflection of my level of research. I suspect anyone knocking it doesn’t understand who the visitors are either. Easy to be disparaging when you don’t understand what you are looking at.

And, as you say, flying here for this meeting can only be seen as a commitment and willingness to make things happen which we have not seen before.you don’t build relationships in this way to screw someone over.

Fair enough, I’ve never heard of recoveries like that from leaching but if it’s published data then so be it.

Surf - as Master said a few people have found what he has found. Either you didn’t look in the right place OR it’s a weak attempt to discredit whatever Master posts. Either way, your argument ‘cos I couldn’t find it’ is weak.

One of you will have egg on their face tomorrow. I’d suggest that Master might be more selective now in what is shared after (admitting) a mistake last time. So I’d maybe just wait and see what has been unearthed tomorrow rather than spending all day posting and all day discrediting Master without knowing what is coming…

The ‘other country’ really has me intrigued.

If the grade is 1 to 1.5g/t then this lends itself to heap leach,

The AISC for HL is low, ties in with your $800 number.

But recovery for HL is not so good, I’d be surprised at 80%… more 50 to 60%?..
