Lucky - this confuses me so maybe you can help.

Q2 update gold prism is 51,147oz for 6 months.

So for a year = 102,000oz?

Karoussa will contribute 30,000oz a year (from end of the year).

So production will max out at 130,000oz not 220,000oz? I previously had the 220,000 figure in my notes - but the quarterly updates don’t support this so where does the 220,000 oz come from? - I should have it in my notes but don’t! Where do you get 220,000oz from?

I remember RM saying another member of the team worked so hard on the prospectus before Xmas he burnt himself out…. and I think he implied it was almost ready at that point.

8 months since Xmas and no prospectus - it must surely be ready unless GCAT have a reason to hold it back and (legalwolf) your suggestion does make sense.

Very frustrating - I am tempted at this price but just not tempted enough.

I think they do pretty comprehensive flow tests (why Royston results are taking a while). So they can be as sure as they can be what flow rates to expect.

Of course nothing in life is certain but I wouldn’t worry about it. TXP just seem to like to take their time - about anything - so far as I can tell.

Anyway, the response is greatly appreciated. Given the gold production the debt is -almost- insignificant.

What is the current debt? I did look in the latest results but didn’t see much there…

So what are we thinking, next update the net debt will be down to below $60mill… maybe $57mill if the previous quarter is repeated.

IF there’s £millions of CLNs sold into any rise it will hold the SP back. 1p will be a long - long - time coming, despite all the potentially positive news.

This is why we need the prospectus, to know properly how many CLNs are issued.

Not if there are millions of CLNs to be worked through Go_ly_dow. That will stop the SP going anywhere - and for a long time till they are worked through…

Where is the prospectus? It’s half way through the year.

I FEEL they have it but won’t be issued ‘till funding comes through - and that is because of something the market won’t like (the millions of CLNs). So it will be released when everyone is happy/distracted about the funding.

Yesterdays RNS I just don’t get, all the gold being mined and sold now - and they need funds??

Anyway -all guesswork - but mainly because the prospectus must surely be done by now. Surely. Why hold it back?

I’m saying the chances of winning are LOWER than originally thought after DD and so willing to offer less in litigation.

I read it t the other way. The due dilligence not gone so smoothly, it has taken longer and the amount on offer has been reduced.

Litigation finance has halved? That can be read one of two ways (they won’t need $10mill - OR - they are unable to secure $10mill).

So .. .. options on securing finance for litigation. Not for successful litigation? Hhmmmm not sure about that one

Pat - nobody can promise what a share price will be.

The discussion on here is pure speculation of what it could be in time. Some of it backed by reasoning and research.

All I know is the markets are taking a pounding just now. Meanwhile MATD is now actually able to get the oil out the ground and will be a producer. Everything has changed here.

I agree that a contrarian view is a good thing on a BB.

BP however is just an awful person and is the only person I have blocked on LSE.

Moving on… this is a great time to hold MATD GLA!

Can’t wait for tomorrow. SP still hasn’t even reached the recent highs - and now everything has changed. Completely changed. The highs of the last few months will be gone in days - if not tomorrow.

How many shares do this % gain in one day?!!! It was never going g from 4p to 20p in a day. That’s just doesn’t happen.

Don’t have time to read all the posts, but Hamm is correct. 50% or so is a great start.

And that is it - the start of the re-rate. I wasn’t expecting a 15p re-rate on the day of the LP RNS. No share behaves like that.
