After a few years away, I have bought back in today, been watching again for a few months and think the time is right.

I still use the slimbiome shakes every so often, they still work well, and the range has grown well, with all the other deals struck over the last few years, I can see decent growth from this point.

Although the usage isn't the same, all pilots will need to retrain and to do so will need to get air miles under their bel;ts, this means flights will start before passengers are allowed to travel, which means the fuel will need to be in place and used. Not to the degree it was in 2019, but a small start all the same

Hi 3card, whilst I agree with most of your post, I can't see it going much lower than current levels. You are right about caution, I do think however, if you are in this for the long term, then now is as good as any in the next few months or beyond. I really think this has legs to steadily grow over the next few years, and you're right not being in a rush. As Warren Buffet once said, the stock market is a transfer of wealth from the impatient investor to the patient investor.

I would think the share price will move on expectation and getting close to normality as opposed to a sudden jump when cruises start happening again. I know the SP has risen in the last few days, but theres plenty of legs here. As always it's your choice, bear in mind that CCL have cruises all over the world and as some countries get back to normality, they will see some localised action

I already hold WH Smiths, BP, AIG and CCL, I just split the money from here into BP CCL and AIG, who I think longer term have a long way to go. In May, I saw an opportunity and switched my managed ISA to a self managed stocks and shares ISA with these 5 with a long term view in mind. I now think the others have a better long term growth opportunity, so cashed in here and shared the joy :-)

Got in last May at 37p, got out today at 94.4p biggest profit I have ever made in a single share, I'm reinvesting in more long term recovery shares Carnival, IAG, BP and WH Smiths.

Its been a fantastic and very unexpected ride Marston's, thank you.

Within this decade, hydrogen will replace natural gas and will be pumped into homes like natural gas is now. Its carbon neutral and is already being mixed in with it at a very low dosage.

@Charlesrixon try pubs and hospitality. I'm in airlines and cruise like you, as well as here. I also got into Marstons in May and that has doubled. There could also be some other bargains in that sector

In June I switched my own and my wife's ISA's from managed, which had dived, and went to choosing my own shares, BDEV has been the star of one of the ISA's along with WH Smith and BT on one and Carnival and Marstons on the other. both are doing massively better than if we had left them as they were. I'm really pleased with BDEV though, the latest update is excellent and shows how a good company has dealt with Covid.

Thanks Cacher. Another thing I like about APF is the directors belief and the volumes of shares that they buy. I know Julian plays the market sometimes, and fair play for doing it so successfully, but on the whole, the directors put their money where their mouth is.

APF first came to my attention as a tip in an airline flight magazine of all places!

I've been watching APF for many years, and invested a few years ago, then sold at a small profit. I've been following since and the company seem to be getting stronger even in the current climate. I was lucky enough to get a bonus this year, so I'm back in. The future for dividends looks good, and a return of around 7% currently looks good. I'm in!!

I have traded OPTI several times, but when the price went past the upper 70's this time, I decided to hold on...really glad I did!
