It like watching a game of ping pong, you sell 3 million i will buy your 3 million. Why not put the price up and try and tempt sellers, because you know you have mr 3million ready to offload at these prices. For some reason the price is to be kept within this range. And i don't care if anyone says it's only making a market it is orchestrated imo :-)

Even though it is an association licence, to my knowledge the process to get us to this stage has been unique. All the communication seems to point to it just needing the Namr seal of approval. Maybe way off the mark and if so hopefully one of the other LTH will fill in the gaps.

Bureaucratic processes even in the UK take time. Give alone the changing off the government every 3 months. This has been a long hard slog and if we are to believe what we are told the end is in sight. It will come, just don't know when :-). A few more projects added and BP will be in the back of our thoughts ..... hopefully GLA

The company had in place a 4 tranche share conversion for money. If memory serves we voted against further tranches after the first one. It took a while for us to recover but are in a better position now imo

Voting no to these means they have to try other avenues for debt funding exactly what the other company did and managed to get a top class funding institution on board.

Cast and lee organised a shareholder group who as a whole voted against dilution. This has had a great effect on the sp since imo. Debt funding against assets seems to be less popular with BOD's . I would prefer to give Colin a chance so personally will vote that way. It's 5 and 6 that give the BOD wiggle room for dilution?

It has been mentioned but is the consensus from the shareholder group to vote against reso 5 and 6 ?

We can only sit back watch and wait. And if your average is higher, average down. That is if you have faith in AP to deliver. Frustration is the new F word

Does anyone see any logic in this selling apart from bringing the sp down? Why not sell 2 weeks ago and get a better price? I know everyone has their own agenda but this stinks to high heaven :-) rant over have a nice day

We need some of the spare dynamite from the recent stripping to move this government :-)

I don't know the procedure for registering or releasing RNS but imo all over AIM you tend to get an attack on the sp before these are released and then prior to this the buying starts.

What an own goal that would be.. but they are probably in the IN crowd and get a heads up when RNS inbound.

Of getting a decent offer is surely enhanced if as quoted " there a few parties involved " here's to at least 2.5p or upwards. GLA
