But then why not say the paperwork had moved from one dept to the final one. You could write a book about this licence and there would be a different outcome each time.

I think you are right about being released during the day. But i also believe that it is now with the final dept for signing, so under 3 and a bit weeks.......

We have been told on numerous occasions we are not in the grip off waiting to be passed from each department to another. One more hurdle NAMR and that is it. This was the DEpt that has a 30 day turnaround but AP thought it would be much less time. Anyone selling now has their own reasons.

Way to look at the situation we are currently in , holding pattern. In my bloody own psychotic point of view is players A B and maybe C Have X amount of shares. They know it's only a matter of time till boooom type news is due. Players X Y and Z want on board but not at silly prices. The volume they want on a normal market would cause spiking and high rises. So if abc can help xyz to the changing over of these shares at a nice low entry price then abc will be rewarded somehow. Tin foil hats at the ready :-)

Most of us on here have added a few kilos and numerous worry lines since the first BP licence news. First RNS was issued on stone tablet i think. :-) but if you put your ear to the ground you can almost hear that big old locomotive acoming.......

Terry Not the most technical guy on this site but someone earlier mentioned the rent might ease the process of movement forward. The access to the upper layers is a funny one ie it's my party and if you don't pay me access money then you are not getting in. But it's all good news and closer now.
