I have a friend who lived in ZIm b4 coming to this country. while talking about vast i queried the fact that some alluviam fields have diamonds just under the surface. He mentioned that back years ago they we freely scattered around hence the fact of different european colony's spouting up in African countries. If these are close to the sufrace we could be looking at a quick turnaround time on ore exploration?

I have asked the question of whether we can attach conditions to the placing ie not traded within x or until sp reaches x . A gentlemens agreement if not possible to enforce?

Fantasy, yip 100% agree we should be given some indication. These are questions you should put forward at the AGM. I read BM note and indications that the money will be well spent. And maybe feather some nests too but as long as we get what we want and more. If it was a death spiral drakanor then the heckles would be up but not now, surely we are so close? I don't invest in companies where the BOD have not fulfilled their promises. Up until now iam happy with our BOD. Romanian government is best said a bit wobbly and has changed several times. So on BPPM iam happy all efforts are being made. Headroom is needed ,how many shares depends on sp I have heard 850 million mentioned. Yes it would be good to get a break down but in the grand scheme of things, this is not a great amount of money? You have brought up some good points but why now? I have mentioned having conditions attached to the selling of these shares, in our favour. By the way thats as good as it gets from me only a lowly bacon fryer :-)

Seriously good posts over the last few days. These are good because they highlight areas of the project that some investors may have not looked into. The types of licence and the requirements are freely available on the relevant websites and links have been posted on here. Right from the start i have said we are a small company and to make it big takes time and money. We either trust in the BOD or we sell. Each person, if they are investing hard earned cash should always troll the net as much as possible, but we all know this. The more people looking , the greater chance we will find either useful or harmful information. Trust is a hard earned commodity and imo priceless. GLA

I have always thought that our sphere of working assets, were not quite 100% corrupt free. But thats why we make our own choices to invest and to which level. Everyone wants a piece of the pie and they want to be able to invest on their timescale. I think we are on too many radars at the mo and some of the players have the power to deploy chaff and block our current friendly chatter. GL

There have been a few valid points put forward and answered over the last few days. I am still confident that good news will arrive. Some varying ideas of the way forward for vast.
Short term holders want no dilution and of course BPPM , then exit left.
MTH want as little dilution as pos and BPPM
LTH are not interested in dilution as they have their eyes fixed on mid tier miner and pos multi multi bag.
Choose which one you are and good luck

We all have different agendas and if we apply these to the different departments we have had to deal with to get this licence then maybe we can realise why it is taking so loooooong. Everyone wants a piece of the pie at the lowest price.

I think most LTH's believe that AP has great aspirations for the company. But if we are to place then we need to make its on good terms for shareholders. Ie can we put conditions on the resale of these shares whether it be a timescale or when an sp has been reached?

If we have to place, then the shares should have conditions. Ie locked in for x time or until sp reaches x. Will cut down this churning effect.
