Thanks Timster, the worst bit was the Ombidsman FCA and OFFT ruled in the Banks favour as buy to let Mortages are not regulated, just like Aim.

The last court case I was involved in with about 400 others was against West Bromwich Building Society they raised the Buy to Let Tracker rate on our Mortages which in the contract where fixed for the term of the Mortgage, we won the case but it took over 4 year's with delay tactics, I know it's a totally different situation to this, QCs know how to delay with in the law.
