Got out of Ukog ages ago, due to continuous dilution, while we are on the subject of Ukog, CEO said they were fully funded, and now have recently raised £1.2m via a Placing! Just warning newbies not to get sucked in to this hunny trap be carful Aim is a money shredder, I only invest in companies with low amount of shares in issue ie 500m Gl

Circumstances have changed considerably since that CEO statement. All delays causes cash burn fact!

It will happen at some point putting out a Placing at this price would be to much dilution, won't be long until fund's run out with CV causing delays, also local council meeting set backs, makes a large cash burn, but most on here are to blind to see, full in love with a share and won't listen to facts, happens all the time, consolidation raise funds repeat the process over and over. All CEOs are upbeat comes with the job, hardly going too say this going to turn bad get out quick is he lol. Look at the lack of trades that's why it's stuck, if this was so amazing everyone would be here, the fact that you have to buy in the millions to make a decent return is high risk.

Look at the amount of shares in issue if that doesn't tell you something. It takes 32 year's for someone to count out loud to 1bn, so think about it, it's all hype here like on other shares.
