Yes totally agree it's outrageous amount for what they don't do, Aim is littered with these types of salaries and it does require looking into and action taken, the biggest problem is Aim is unregulated.

With this action taken against the bod I think they would now be more likely to come to a compromise with shareholders!

What I'm saying is Prim is not a production company it's an investment company it's the same as you and I investing in numerous companies that doesn't warrant a full time position, I totally agree that the salaries are outrageous and needs addressing but does it need to be so drastic as a board change, approach them to take a pay cut and shares, then if they refuse then take the action you suggest.
