Director buys rarely prop up a share price for long, if at all, especially if the company fundamentals are poor. Yet punters often scream for them.
It sometime since i traded cpi. Back on watch and maybe interested if it falls further over the next few sessions
I think my last post on cpi, some time ago, expressed my view that this is a traders share and not a viable long term investment.
Any reason why this news has not been RNS,D

Has anyone actually contacted the company with points raised and asked for clarity. Posting on a chat site asking for llja to come along and explain on the basis hes has posted information is hopeful at best.. llja could be ill, on holiday, otherwise engaged. Instructed to stop posting and communicate via official channels.
If your concerned about any aspect of transactions that are covered in the accounts contact the company, IR etc.
A few pi,s have thrown the towel in today, several on the twitter group lost patience. Once a couple sell others also jump ship. Its the same in the opposite direction, pi,s move in herds.
Im not happy with the sp but will keep taking the divis and await a recovery rather than realise a loss.
In a Mandatory Bid, any person or entity, whether acting alone or in concert, who can exercise at least a certain threshold (eg. 30%) of the voting rights at a general meeting of shareholders must make a bid or offer to the remaining shareholders a buy-out of all the minority shares in the company.
8% to go.
I had the same thought. Frasers buy cheap, want more so its taken back down, they buy more it goes up. Rinse and repeat. Great way to buy a company on the cheap.
When they have had their fill we may see a material uplift and or a offer for the company.
Carefree1. Thanks for posting that response letter, i had not seen it. Very interesting read with very useful information on decreasing shipping costs and deflation in material prices. Should all help to Boohoos bottom line this year.
Rare i spot anything worth reading on here. Panorama are journalist press who will edit footage and interviews to fit their agenda and to make an impactive watch.
Excellent factual response.
Interesting recent article. My apologies if this has been posted previously i dont follow the chat very often. Too much bickering on here from numpties for me to waste time.

Great to see this rising. I bought a couple pf tranches at 32p. I wont mention my smaller buy which was much higher.
Boo hasnt been in the best of places this year but the value of the company has fallen to ridiculously cheap levels. Happy to wait and see where it goes.
Figures look great if you ignore than £67mil loss before tax in the first 6 months. Which the op conveniently did.
No point in having a positive ebitda if you are making a large loss.
The sp is where it is due to false expectations made by the out going Ceo of a return to profits when the reality is full year will be a very hefty loss.
They need to turn that around before there is any ramping chat of a return to 50p.
New incoming ceo makes the right noises then potentially it may see mid even upper 20,s. Its a Equally wrong noises and it could see lower. Its a traders share atm rather than a sound investment.
Nice little rise to add to a slow recovery in SP recently. Hopefully it can push on. Wake me up at 60p
Whats with all the pointless arguing on size of free float. Its a very liquid stock always plenty available to buy or borrow.
Lots of institutional support and they are all under water with the exception of Frasers.
