Nathan I don't think mencor will sell the remaining shares they hold I think they like to keep hold of some and I'm sure they are we'll clued up to what's coming and have better knowledge and contacts from higher ups then we do, they have had and have plenty of opertunities to off load but I think they may hold on till farm out and then some at drill and so on
