The banks are ready to sign, last RNS the agreement has been circulated with the respective legal reps to review so once this is done it's dusted, so it's just a matter of time when these guys finish up, wondering if KM has been told when this would be done by and why he set the AGM at that specific time

I reckon courts have decided plan to close this unless there is a good enough reason not to, amd why KM stated fait accompli, maybe monday 2nd August rns on deal signed money transfered 20% taken up, 4th August AGM booked, KM knows exactly when this will land now, and if this is not the case then KM has to be a total idiot to get his head kicked in atbthe AGM from the long term gang here.

This will surely pass the £1 mark on the day of RNS has to, this deal will not only get us 20% of this giant mine but also open up doors to taking up more shares of the mine 27% and 49% with out any issues, so just based on that I can see big money landing and as we haven't completed the deal yet no one with huge money will take the risk or institutions will even be allowed at this stage,

The 15 day court order to complete aligns with whats happening right now, the legal parties have got the paper work and should do their proof reading within that time frame, like one poster here pointed out last week should take a week,

I do strongly feel that things will change this AGM onwards, I think the management have realised that PERT is not moving forwards and no matter what faith they have there has been nothing out of this,
