It is crazy where the share price is currently with whats to come from KDNC complete madness on the share price should be at 30p and I can see it climb to the run up to december as people on the sidelines slowly get in,

I fully expect 70p tuchdown on the day of RNS, KDNC has alot to offer and value wise will smash it on taking that 20% as the 27% is a given then

All depends on when the banks sign up, our lawyer states within 60 days but it could be way earlier and courts done and dusted by Christmas who knows, fingers crossed.

Little confused by now, so when the banks sign that's means the legal drafting compete and it's goes straight to the courts for rubber stamping after we pay up the money? Or is there more that needs to be done after the bank signings?

Yep the bank signatures could land anytime now been 3 weeks since credit committee approval, soon as that's done it's down to courts and we know they are fast and want things done and dusted, people need to realise be aware that it was the banks or bank that slowed It all done, once those signatures are in we will be moving fast

60p would be good value when the deal completes as kdnc are looking to get to 27% which will be straightforward so there will be plenty of buyers on that RNS, also it taking out the risk so would expect bigger players turn up to the show

Lol all the usual derampers are out today all together lol do they wait for the right moment, great price currently people fill your boots this will be alot higher come end of month if that's of course the RNS doesn't land way before then

The next RNS us sealing the deal for the 20% opens a very big door, this wil be big news and a company maker, I would expect serious fireworks and write ups on KDNC and then we are looking for taking further share of the pie, I see 60p easy, only 148m shares in issue aswell so not much to go around.
