Well we all know it's not long now, credit committee was done and dusted 11 October, our lawyer things this will be done withing 60 days which is up Friday I think, then the court once wants to know when the parties are going to finalise which is also up by Friday I think,

The signing of the deeds has got nothing to do with kdnc and kdnc has not been slow with anything but they were slowed by the banks process as well as the pandemic,

Also the deeds are now being made ready for all to sign so this should be a straightforward thing so as the lawyer states should be done within 60 days but if it did take a week or so longer no issues but the lawyer states knowing what needs to be done now and how long it will take,

Yes next week or 2 will be very interesting here, as the courts have asked for answer on closing this deal too,
