Thanks for the info all, very interesting stuff. So can we conclude that the recent drop was JPM. Maybe they were keeping their short thinking the deal might fall away and order would be restored. Now though it's too late in the day so they tried to walk down the price so they can close out the shorts in time for the 15th in case something happens. It goes without saying but this is all complete speculation do course (at least from me).

It's a risk waiting now...basically it'll go lower if previously announced timelines don't materialise...I'd imagine if nothing happens towards the end of Feb the price will start to drop. In the meantime we'll mostly be following the PoO up, if that continues.

NewKOTB, do you have any idea what the total % short is? I was wondering if the II %age could be >100% because every share shorted is kindof owned twice. In a little surprised anyway that we're up at 84%, seems high to me but maybe that's normal.

I had thought about that myself but we are still quite a lot higher than I think we'd be with the PoO as it is. That said the last 6 months or so we're just a downward drift even when the PoO was rocketing. I assumed that was the fortuna write off happening.

But who would be selling at 42-45 to accommodate that?

Bertie - I guess the implication was that somebody knows something we don't about the offer price. Hence the SP has changed to match this information... Who knows though...

It does seem a bit 'flashy'...there were like 80 trades within about 30 seconds and then a bunch more. Presumably a lot of sells judging by the price change.

Abzzba - thanks, much appreciated.. Am I interpreting this correctly: EMS first, with results due 4 weeks from today (5/02/2019) Then ELM starts 2 weeks after results (19/02/2019) Then presumably another 4 weeks (19/03/2019) Assuming 'optimise' the ELM job just means get more out of it rather than do it quicker.

Is 2 weeks an informed estimate? I can't see anywhere how long it is forecast to take, so I assume it hasn't been mentioned formally. Maybe it was during a Q&A and someone posted here.

I'm holding both also. My main RKH related hope for the 10th update is an updated timeline... I.e. it's more of a formality than a search for funding. If that was the case then there still wouldn't have been a need for an RNS as it's all within the timeline. Oh well, I'm still expecting at worst some positive noises in the update.

Seems highly unlikely as you say. Has the original post been deleted, I can see one on ADVFN saying they 'heard' something? In other news I just bought some and it was flagged green (presumably neither buy nor sell).

Those forms are 8.5. As NewKOTP says those are why every transaction has to be declared as they're involved with the two parties somehow. We can't tell yet what their total holdings are.

Will it be revealed in Feb though, that's just the date of the hearing. I don't think the decision is until later in the year.
