Dark, as much as I enjoy the sentiment there are a few innacuracies in what you say.
The Canadian cutbacks were due to the capacity to export, all storage is full and they can't get it out quickly enough.
The shale industry in the US is not a cartel so they can't just agree to reduce output. If they did they'd probably end up in big trouble. Also nobody know the break even for share, and it'll all depend on the site. However, as shared previously the break even of Sea Lion is lower than most of the attractive shale sites.
I've nothing to say about trump and Iran, you may be correct there!
