Well I very much hope you are right but I'm afraid the candlesticks stuff is just nonsense. The only thing that gets this moving materially is a clear indication of commercial progress. By that I don't necessarily mean immediate sales because we know that is unlikely but there are a number of things that could happen that would head in that direction. Such as:

News that was hoped for shortly on talks with a large industrial company as advised by JW in the presentation six weeks ago. Who knows how 'shortly' is defined?

An indication of progress on the milestones cited in the RNS re the JV with the S&P 500 partner three months ago. identification of that partner would probably be an indication thar the project is on track.

Something tangible arising form the actvity with Tamgo around Extreme-H

Anything, really, that constitutes tangible progress rather than just reasons for hope.

By 'huge buys' you presumably meant he 2x250k? For c. £22k each? Not huge really are they? Up is good but anyone getting over-[excited about smashing through the 9p barrier is either a very recent purchaser or clinically insane.

And we hope you are right. But there is zero tangible evidence yet that AFC will succeed. Lots of promise, lots of hope but self-evidently the market is signalling that it wants hard news

It is obviously positive to see director buying - but it was positive when Bullard was buying in the 60s when it appeared that ABB was the golden goose. How he has retained his job when presiding over an utterly disastrous strategy remains a complete mystery to me.

Aldebaran. You appear to be labouring under the misapprehension that it is possible to have a sensible debate with Mr. News - It isn't , and that has been proven, definitively over a long period of time.

I think he was right once that the price would finish up on a particular day but that's it. On everything else he has ever said he has been miles off the mark, but if you point any of this out then you are a misinformer or a shorter, or both. Just filter him. He's an irrelevance.

That's exactly what I said Aldebaran! We need to see a pathway to potential profitability. Everyone who has thought about it with a minimum of two inter-connected brain cells knows we are not going to reach profitability in the short-term. if a major partnership cracks on then that is that path.

This is a quote from the mystery partnership RNS:

Upon successful completion of certain JDA milestones, it is envisaged that the commercial relationship between AFC Energy and the Industrial Partner will result in material AFC Energy revenues from 2027 onwards

What we will need to know is that we have hit these milestones

I have a vague recollection that the last IM presentation reported that we could expect to see another partner or the naming of this one within a few weeks - and that's a month ago. Am I mistaken in my recollection?
