If the NO vote wins, what will then happen?

I have received a letter from share centre advising about the takeover and offer price. It has been so long since I've been on this site purely because I buried my head in the sand and hoped these shared would recover. I gambled when the price was high and have failed big time. So the 2.9 pence offered, does this mean I will be paid this per share on 17th August if the vote goes through as Yes? or should I just keep watching the site now to see if the price increases ? Advise to anyone thinking of investing in the stock market. Do your homework, and don't be greedy, a bitter pill to swallow :o(

My apologies. The meeting was on 30th September regarding the outcome of negotiations. Just wondered when we will hear this news. Although it seems it may already have leaked by the way the share is falling back

Does anyone have any idea what time the meeting is today and when it will be released ?

Could you tell me where it shows on the RNS about holding before a certain date. From what I understand is the RI is subject to shareholders approval at the general meeting on the 29th October. If they do not get approval for the RI then RBS could call in the debt (£3.3million) on the 31st October

Do you see this doing exactly the same as Mecom then?

The extract below is part of the RNS supplied today. I would assume this is why there is such a large drop in the share price. Could someone confirm what this actually means please and tell me to jump ship Takeover Code Although the Company is incorporated in England, the place of central management of the Company is currently located outside of the UK, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man because the main place of business is in France. Accordingly, the Company is one to which paragraph 3(a)(ii) of the Takeover Code does not apply, and the Panel has confirmed that the Company is not subject to the Takeover Code and shareholders will not be afforded any protection under the Code. If circumstances change, including if changes to the Board are made, the Company will consult with the Panel to ascertain whether this will affect the central place of management of the Company. If the Panel determines that, as a result of such changes, the Takeover Code becomes applicable to the Company, an announcement will be made.

Just posted on regular chat but perhaps you can enlighten me. Someone sold 32 million shares on 11th Sept. Why on earth would they do that bwith news due soon. Unless they know something?

The spread on this share is huge. Could I ask why they place the ask so high? It seems to me thaqt the MM's do not want you to buy this share

Since I have been trading there has been certain traders I listen too. HGC,Banditt,Petertee,childsplay,riddler and a few others. I bought into PXS at 6.60. I have now seen my holding go into the red. I have tried to read all the posts by you guys on the boards. Question is. As the company have stated last week that they knew know reason for the rise do you envisage any good news coming this week from the agm ?

I too have joined ~Premium Chat. Got fed up trying to read through the posts only to find 60% of the posts where utter rubbish. I took the plunge and I have invested 20 grand. I therefore need to keep upto date with relevant information so the 5.75 a month has got to be worth it

Thought everything had been passed, so why the sudden sharp drop. Can't see any news to suggest this drop Any thoughts?
