While on this forum we are constantly told how wonderful, amazing, rare, unique, and fantastic this project is and the strategic importance of this project to securing European independence from China. This is BIG! So can someone please tell me why and this is genuine, why are the spare prices slowing going down and not slowing going up. Apparently, we are all waiting on a lot of upcoming good news, prices go up right ?? Bad news prices go down, am I missing something, you don`t typically sell your shares when this thing is going to explode. Does someone know something that we on this forum are obviously missing or do we all have rose coloured sunglasses on.

It looks like all the shares that were European Metals Holdings Limited (ASX and AIM: EMH, OTCQX: EMHXY and EMHLF) (“European

Metals” or the “Company”) advises that it has issued 10,811,500 fully paid ordinary shares (“Shares”)

at an issue price of $0.32 per share for the placement announced on 21 January 2026. Have now come onto the ASX seller chart making it very hard for the share prices to move. Chickens have come to roost.

Over one million shares come onto the market per trade and one million come off after close, about 350000 shares at 0.32c and 600000 plus at 0.35c.

If there is no movement in price after the EIA study has been approved, will you then consider your options or will you stay on and wait for another milestone, be it an off-take agreement or a take-over or what will make you break. love to know your thoughts.

We get a lot of theories on this chat site, lots of positive news, lot of analysis, lots of this is not far away now, EIA, take off deals, Korean big players, Germany cars, credits on tin, gateway to Europe, big bankers about to jump in, the fundies know about this, we are being shorted, we have got more land, our battery technology is bigger faster, better, lighter, low cost production, high grade, CEZ and Czech and EU backing, fast tracking this project, This is underpriced, 10 x bagger, most important mining development in Europe, God came down and blessed this project, transformational !! have I missed anything. My shares are still 0.325c with little to no interest, as I spend another weekend wising and hoping it will turn around next week. There is aways next week, the expensive bottle of Champagne that I stole from my sister's cupboard will have to wait to be opened for another week, my cheese and vegemite sandwich's for dinner are starting to taste quite nice, My uncle rang today wanting the money I loaded of him to buy the shares, and the additional 10% which I promised him. Two things I have heard from sources in Perth Australia. EMH will set away from the project once all the pre-build legalities are over and will let a company that knows about mining step in to work on construction and production. CEZ will organize that and choose a partner and buy out EMH.

That not what EMH do, the tip is after FID. Secondly who would sign on the dotted line a formal legal binding contract without a final decision on the EIA, makes no sense, so don't expect any formal announcements till after the EIA as far as offtake and bank loans are concerned. First and foremost, EIA. decision! How much will the offer be for the 49% I have been told a figure or should I say a mathematical formular. You guys probably know all this anyway .

Why in the life of me, would someone, please tell me why, you would sell your share today. Can anyone one makes sense of selling today, when we have just received some of the best news we have had for a while, and you go and sell your shares today, after years of waiting for these moments. And sell them at 0.32c. If you have stuck it out this long and you think now is the time, do it quickly and please get out of the way, you clearly don't know what is going on thanks.
