My concern is the discrepency between KOD stating 20000 - 30000 tonnes for the 2nd shipment and Hainan confirming that only 15000 will be picked up. I hope that Hainan is under promising and will take more. But based on the first shipment being 30000 and only 28500 picked up it's not inspiring me with convidence
