If you’re selling your house, and your buyer pinky promises you to pay you after you sign over the deed, would you do it? Or will you ask for the payment first?

Why should KOD pay when the government hasn’t done their part of the agreement and sign?

I don't understand all of the negativity. When you didn't get an RNS you (plural) were crying for an update, you now got an RNS stating that production is coming along and you're still unhappy.

The license transfer is delayed due to things out of their control "KMUK experienced delays beyond its control in relation to the finalisation of the Mining Licence transfer to LMLB", and they've requested an extension for the 7.5m payment because of that.

Whilst the sp can go down further in the short term, it seems like they plan on it going up longer term and buying them discounted now

Realistically speaking, we’ve got most pieces of the puzzle from different sources already. It all points in a positive direction. Enjoy the low prices due to no comms and grab yourself some more KOD before it becomes too expensive!
