Hainan spoke of phase 2 in either their H1 earnings report or something similar, can’t remember the exact article, which to me indicates that they’re looking to continue the partnership rather than a buyout.

If you suspect a buyout, even at 0.5 then that’s an additional 50% of our current sp and you should buy more. If you don’t believe in a buyout then you should buy more as well.
