Could someone enlighten me on how Hainan could be suppressing the SP?

They've updated their website to say the following:

Malibu Guni Lithium Mine

In 2023, Hainan Mining invested US$118 million to acquire the Buguni lithium mine in Mali, Africa, entering the exploration, development, and beneficiation of spodumene. The Buguni lithium mine has 47.37 million tons of mineral resources under the JORC standard, with an average lithium oxide grade of 1.14%. The Buguni lithium mine is being developed in two phases. Phase I, which commenced production in 2025, employs heavy media beneficiation technology and has a lithium concentrate production capacity of 120,000 tons per year.

If the shipment was sent out at the end of March it'd fall into the Q1 report.

The timeline for the third shipment was stated as late March or early April in the past.
