As someone pretty underwater here (like many others I suspect), I would rather the BoD focus on actually delivering something tangible than adding trinkets to justify their salaries for another few months. Have they actually delivered on any of the 'projects' they've worked on? Shambles.
NoEasy - I agree. I seemed to forget the fact that whilst LP had talked about other irons in the fire, it was effectively a binary play!
Doesn't sounds good:

Me too Yogi. Invested since April - drip fed more in over the months up to £7K. Had over £10.5K a couple of days ago but just got greedy - blinded by the CoS. People said "if you don't top slice, you're gambling not investing". They were right. Gutted but a serious lesson learned.
There does seem to be buyers out there though, so hopefully it can recover a little.
Agree, and if anyone did know anything, I suspect we'd have lost more/ all of the gains made in the last week..
Picked up some more at 3.55 - only very slightly increasing my average. Some green shoots appearing now it would seem - hopefully it'll hold and kick on again. GLA.
SGF, wish I had some dry powder at this stage to add more at these prices! 20% over 4-6 weeks is there for the taking!
JJ - Must be a big position if your stop didn't kick in yet but you're still £100K down?!!! Certainly puts my loss
into perspective!
Not only is SP really disappointing, but if a further placing will be required/ attempted, with so little
(real) progress to report that'd actually boost the SP, BoD might struggle. Inept. Desperate to be
proved wrong and live in hope of course. Good luck to anyone invested in this.
Absolute gift at this price this morning!
Couple of BIG buys just after 9am..
Incredible opportunity this morning, given what we know is about to happen.
II's will be loving this after offering 4.2 a couple of days ago!
Didn't think we'd see 4 again! Just topped up @ 4.05.
You see "wouldn't want to be out of this over the weekend" a lot on loads of boards I know, and usually I think "yeah yeah" but THIS weekend for ADV, I'd tend to agree..
Hopefully tomorrow we'll start to see some serious blue and onwards and upwards from there. GLA
I don't understand the logic of selling now (unless of course you need the money urgently). If you're invested into this, surely the risk doesn't materially increase for the next 3-5 weeks, but the reward should? Each to their own. GLA
I bought more at low and averaged down to a point where I'm close now to seeing some blue (after too long in the red). Hopefully post Xmas at the latest. Question is, what to do from there? Have been in and out of this since 2018 - they're a great operation who've made huge investment over the last few years so should be well placed now. If only MM's would leave it alone!

He has given money to charity — yet has been strangely quiet on the £830 million share trousering, which looks like a bad joke. Poor old Jeff Fairburn, the Persimmon boss ousted over his £75 million bonus, must wish he’d taken ten times the amount. At least Fairburn stacked up the housebuilder’s share price over a long time, even if he was assisted with generous dollops of taxpayers’ cash via the Help to Buy scheme. Moulding saw THG’s pumped up for about five minutes and took more than 10 per cent of the market cap.
The son of a tarmac layer, Moulding says he grew up understanding the value of money, so I don’t think this is an oversight. Loss-making THG has taken billions of pounds from public-market investors and diluted them twice, once through Moulding’s share deal and again via a convoluted arrangement with SoftBank, the Japanese casino dressed up as an investment group. And so far, it has delivered only losses.
Moulding and THG have been exceptionally badly advised during their Plc life. So, let’s help make the simple even simpler for them. There’s a phrase for what has gone on so far — daylight robbery. If THG’s founder is serious about repairing the roof he should surrender the part of his 22 per cent stake that relates to the bonus, because he certainly hasn’t earned it.
